Refund policy

RETURNS

The customer has three days from receipt of product (either in-store purchase or receipt of shipped product) to initiate a return request. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -- unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Wigs and toppers must not be washed, heat-styled or altered in any way. The lace must be uncut and intact. 

To start a return, contact us within three days of in-store purchase or product receipt: moonflowerwigs@gmail.com. All return requests must be emailed and in writing. Receipt, proof of purchase or Order ID must be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 10% re-stock fee.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as 'final sale'.

EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your wig or topper! We offer one free-of-charge return/exchange (no re-stock fees) per customer. All subsequent exchanges are subject to re-stock fees for the item being exchanged.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
